CHAIN of MN is a non-profit organization that operates solely on the generous contributions of others. The more support we receive, the more we can help those in need of quality, affordable housing.

CHAIN is always thankful for the following:

Monetary donations
Donations of real estate property that has been abandoned, boarded up, or is in need of some serious "fixing up." This is a tax-deductible donation.
Donations of automobiles for our Working Family Transportation Program.
Donations of furniture, appliances, boats, collectible items, jewelry, art, antiques, coins, stamps, crystal ware, dolls, porcelain, sterling silver and anything that can be placed on our auction web site to raise funds for our programs.
Foreclosure properties - Economically, these donations make it feasible for us to pass low-cost rental rates or discounted purchase prices to our clients.
